Plus more comics and updates

Vanita and the Demon King is still running Friday updates. If you need to catch up on the story, check out the archives. (This week I'm only sharing the preview of this week's update for Vanita and the Demon King. Any resemblance to current events is PURELY COINCIDENTAL WINK WINK.) Local to Toledo? You can find me at Art on the Mall this Sunday at the University of Toledo! It's an outdoor show, come rain or shine, so be prepared for that. (I will be bringing extra bags with me, just in case). I will also be there with work I normally don't take with me to zine fests or comic conventions. Things like...original pages from my sketchbooks, for instance. There will also be some new illustrations available. So if you're in the Toledo, OH area this Sunday, I hope to see you at Art on the Mall! It's free to attend and walk around. The enormous wind chimes can be heard for miles around. Meanwhile, over at Paranormasight: The Mermaid's Curse, we uncover more of Sato's secret past - AND unlock one of the game's (bad) endings! The Summer of Mermaids Bundle ENDS in less than a week! If you haven't gotten a splash of these mermaids, now's your chance! Also, looks like I misspoke about the Great Outdoors bundle from Cartoonists United - it's not open yet for another week. Sorry about that! I'll make another announcement when orders are finally open. My old college buddy Brittany, aka GustyBV, applied for a grant to take a class and was denied. So now she's looking to fund raise $1,000 to take the class she needs. There are multiple ways to support, including Ko-fi, her online shop, and (if you're local to Toledo and Bowling Green, OH) some local appearances. She's trying to get this funding by August 1. Also, if you know of any other grant opportunities or anything, reach out to her on Ko-fi! Did you know Ben did some album art? For a track that's actually really freaking good? Check out "Brace Yourself" by Jon Porobil! Rise of the Flightless is now on KickStarter, collecting stories of penguins vs robots! If you're looking for something more cerebral or trippy, Futility is now on KickStarter. Drawn by a fellow Cartoonist United member, this is a comic drawn one panel at a time with no forward planning - yet it turned into a story about horror and loss. If that sounds like your jam, check it out. That's all for now... Unsubscribe | Manage your subscription
