Vanita and the Demon King is still running Friday updates. If you need to catch up on the story, check out the archives.
PAGE 100 Panel 1: Charlie glances up at Clow and asks, "How come?" Clow answers with, "Because what if something follows her?" His brows furrow with worry. (They have been talking about something from The Pit, after all.) Panel 2: Close up on Charlie as she texts on her phone. "...Good point." She types away. Panel 3: wide panel. Vanita's phone vibrates and she reads the text. "...Charlie has a boyfriend?" King, sitting next to her on the floor (under the blanket fort) asks, "Should I come with you, then?" Panel 4: Large panel. Medium shot of Vanita and the Demon King sitting on the floor of the blanket fort. Vanita's expression turns stern as she asks, "That depends, can you disguise yourself? Because everyone in this time thinks you're the dead villain of legend." This makes King recoil slightly with wide eyes.
Holy banana pants! We have reached 100 pages of Vanita and the Demon King! Believe it or not, we're over halfway through the story!

I'll have to figure out something to celebrate, yo.

In the meantime, Ko-fi Memberships are now turned off. If you're a current member through Ko-fi, your subscription is still active - all I did was turn the sign-up page off. More details are on my blog. This is all part of my transitioning away from Ko-fi as a platform. (If you missed that story, here's the blog post about that, too.)

My next show is Art on the Mall on July 26, and then I'm running a zine-making workshop at the Sanger Branch Library in Toledo, OH on August 20!
Basho wants to sound the alarm in preparation for Ranki's arrival.

Meanwhile, Clow makes a request.

Plus, The Cartoonists United Comix Mixtape podcast dropped a new episode! There are updates involving new webcomic releases and the Dark Horse workers union.

I took a break from Ben's stream this last Tuesday because of a heat-related migraine. I'm taking it easy for the rest of the week.
The Summer of Mermaids Bundle is still running on itch.io! Come get your mermaids before they swim away at the end of July, yo.
Fared, the marvelous voice-over for the intro and outro of the Cartoonists United Mix Tape, and a marvelous linguist and cartoonist in their own right, has been having a rough time. I know finances are tight for lots of folks, but if you have $3 to spare, here is their Ko-fi page.

That's all for now...
