Vanita and the Demon King is still running Friday updates. If you need to catch up on the story, check out the archives.
Panel 1: Don is sorting the bookshelf when he sniffs something in the air. Panel 2: He looks to his left. Panel 3: We see his line of sight leads to small, squat jars full of herbs on a side table next to the book case. Panel 4: Don holds a jar, asking, “...What’s this?” Claudia raises her head to see what he’s talking about and goes, “Oh!” Panel 5: Close up on the jar Don is holding. It’s labeled, “Sniffle Time Tea.” Claudia says from off-panel, “A new girl came in and dropped those off for consignment earlier today.”
I had talked previously about some comics making appearances in bundles on itch.io. I can FINALLY announce:
The full, NSFW version of Basho & Norsa is now in the Cartoonist Co-op Spicy Bundle! Adults only for this one - these shorts are HOT!
I also have a horror comic as part of THIS HOUSE WANTS TO BE EMPTY, all about haunted houses - as in, these houses don't want people inside them. The short I did is I AM MADE OF MOUTHS AND I MUST EAT, which you can check out now!
Another zine of mine, My Favorite Punk Bands, is also part of Zine Jam: Things I'm Loving Right Now. There are a TON of fun zines in this jam, too!
Fans on the Ko-fi Member newsletter know about another short, 5 Times Jamie & Thomas Almost Kissed. Unfortunately, that one is getting postponed - the short requires a lot of work, so it won't be making the deadline for the jam it was initially itched for. Instead, this short will eventually make its way to The Legend of Jamie Roberts, volume 4.
In the meantime...
Panel 1: THUD. The sword is so heavy that Thomas is pulled down with it as it hits the ground. Panel 2: Thomas squats and struggles to lift the sword, grinding his teeth and shaking.
PERSONAL BUBBLES, Ranki! No touchy!
At least over with Vanita and the Demon King, Claudia and Don are so stinkin' cute together.
Expect some big shop updates coming in March. The game plan is to get more things listed in preparation for the Moving Sale in April/May. Keep your eyes peeled for new items and discount codes!
Over on itch.io, I'm updating my catalog of comics. You can now get The Legend of Jamie Roberts, volume 1 on itch.io!
That's all for now...
