I have two big things, and they're both hiatuses. (Hiaiti? No, that just looks like I can't spell Haiti).

Hiatus 1) Vanita and the Demon King. No new comics pages until April 3. (So now's a good time to catch up if you fell behind on updates!) Sorry, but things with the day job are getting hectic. There's also something else, which I'll talk about in a second.

Hiatus 2) blog posts on my website. I made an announcement, including that I will be at PIE (Pittsburgh Indie Expo) on March 15. But no blog posts until after April 20.

I'm getting a new apartment!
|
For folks who are new to the newsletter, the TL;DR is that my younger sibling had originally signed a lease with me on a 2-bedroom apartment, and then bailed and left within 3 months of the ink drying on the lease (that's a long story). I will soon be downsizing to a 1-bedroom at a complex I've rented from previously, when Alex and I were roommates. I like these folks better than the management at my current complex, so I'm looking forward to the move! But I have a lot of paperwork to get together first.

There will also be a moving sale...as soon as I'm able to update my Ko-fi shop and itch.io storefront.

THIS HOUSE WANTS TO BE EMPTY will be coming soon on itch.io, and I did a short horror story for this! More details will be coming once the submissions window closes.

Pittsburgh Indie Expo is March 15 (that's a Sunday) from 11 am to 5 pm at the Heinz History Center. I'm bringing everything I can fit into my suitcases, including extra copies of the new print run of The Legend of Jamie Roberts, volume 1! (This comic cannot be stopped!)
